Stayed at Annora House for 2 nights whilst attending HOYS [Horse of the Year Show] at NEC. Super place, near train station, so convenient & cheap return tickets. Very clean, warm & welcoming. Dawn & her husband have worked hard to renovate their bungalow to great effect. Lovely breakfast in super surroundings, would recommend & will certainly book again.

An immaculate B&B close to NEC. Dawn and family are so welcoming. The rooms are positively plush, with a contemporary style.Comfort and cleanliness to a high standard.
Breakfasts are wonderful. Regarding location, the Annora is situated in walking distance from a great Indian and some friendly pubs.

This is my second visit to Annora whilst on business at a trade show at the NEC. Dawn is a good host and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are fully equipped clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and for evening meals I was very happy at the White Horse nearby. The train station is a very short walk and takes you directly into the NEC...very handy!

Recently spent own overnight at the Annora and both the accommodation and service was first class. The hosts made every effort to ensure that we were looked after and the friendly informal attention made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Will certainly return any time I am visiting the area.
I've stayed at Annora House twice now while visiting Crufts at the NEC. Andy and Dawn are very welcoming hosts and the rooms are lovely and always spotless. It's ideally placed for trips to the NEC either by car or (as I did) catching the train which is a two minute walk across the road with just two stops to the NEC. I'll book again when I'm back up in the area and will certainly recommend you on. Thank you.

Visiting the Wedding Show at the NEC - October 2012
Many thanks to Dawn and Andy for a wonderful respite, a home from home badly needed during a busy week exhibiting at NEC. Ideal location 10 min drive to NEC, good local shops and bank. Elegant decor and very comfortable bed and ensuite, warm and friendly and always prepared to help out with the little things. Felt very relaxed, thank you again, have already booked again for September.
