Getting here by car

From the M40

Exit the M40 at junction 15 (A46/A429). At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto the A46 towards Coventry.
After 2 miles take the exit sliproad for the A4177, and at the roundabout take the first exit onto the A4177.
Continue for 4 miles, crossing a set of traffic lights at Warwick Parkway Station and a mini-roundabout.
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A4177.
After 3 miles bear left following the road as it becomes the A452.
After 1 mile cross the traffic lights.
After a further half a mile turn right at the mini-roundabout at the village centre, and continue past the parade of shops.
Follow down the hill until you get to another roundabout. go straight across this roundabout, and prepare to turn into Annora House on the right immediately after the roundabout.

From the M42

Exit the M42 at junction 6 (A45/NEC/Birmingham Airport). Take the A45 towards Coventry and after 500 metres exit onto the slip road down to the A452 signposted Leamington. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A452. Go through 2 roundabouts on the A452. At the next roundabout - with the George in the Tree pub on the right - take the first exit, Hallmeadow Road. Go straight across one roundabout staying on Hallmeadow Road. At the next roundabout take the first exit and prepare to turn immediately right into Annora House.

From the M6

Exit the M6 at junction 4 and follow the A446 towards Leamington. The A446 will after one mile merge into the A452. Continue straight across at three roundabouts, on the A452. At the next roundabout - with the George in the Tree pub on the right - take the first exit, Hallmeadow Road. Go straight across one roundabout staying on Hallmeadow Road. At the next roundabout take the first exit and prepare to turn immediately right into Annora House.

Getting here by train

Annora House is situated just a two minute walk from Berkswell Station which has direct trains into Birmingham International Station (BHI) for the NEC and Birmingham Airport (BHX), Birmingham New Street for the City Centre, and London Euston. For visitors arriving into Birmingham New Street, there are two trains per hour to Berkswell Station with a journey time of under 20 minutes. Once at Berkswell Station exit the station towards Balsall Common village, and we are a short walk away on the left hand side just before the roundabout.

Getting to the NEC and Birmingham Airport (BHX)

Birmingham International Train Station serves the NEC and International Airport. There are two trains per hour each way from Berkswell Station.
